Moroccan Scholarship Program for International Students 2026-27
Applications are now open for a fully funded scholarship opportunity to study in Morocco. The Moroccan Scholarship Program for International Students is offered by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), giving talented international students the chance to study at Moroccan higher institutions and vocational training centres. For the 2026-2027 academic year, 20 full scholarships are available across Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs.
The scholarship covers a monthly stipend, one round-trip air ticket, and insurance. Available study areas include Medicine, Paramedical Sciences, Business and Management, Engineering and Technology, Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences, and Architecture. Master’s and PhD applicants must specify their intended study program and institution when applying.
Since French is the primary language of instruction at most Moroccan institutions, applicants are expected to have some proficiency in the language. Selected candidates will take French courses at the International Language Centre in Rabat, followed by a language exam — those who pass will then begin their assigned area of study.

Eligibility Criteria
- Some level of proficiency in French is required
- For undergraduate studies: applicants should be between 19 and 23 years old, holding a relevant diploma from 2025 or 2026 with a strong academic record in their final two semesters
- For Master’s studies: a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with 1st or 2nd class standing and a good academic record
- For PhD programs: a graduate degree in the relevant field of study
- Master’s and PhD applicants must select their program and university from the official list available at enssup.gov.ma
