Hurford Programs is one of the best youth exchange program where selected participants get the exposure of global networks, democracy movements, and youth movements from all around the world. Fellows would be encouraged to engage more young leaders virtually from any place in the world.
The duration of the fully-funded international leadership program is 3 months. The program will take place in Washington D.C. from March 1st to 21, 31st May 2021. There are no academic restrictions. Applicants from all over the world can apply for The Hurford Youth Fellows Program is open to applicants from any country.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM BENEFITS:

- A fellow would be able to research a selected topic regarding democracy.
- Would be able to facilitate online sessions.
- It would be a part of the World Young Movement, social events, and activities.
- A fellow who would complete their program will be served as Regional or country’s focal person and become part of the Fellowship Alumni Network by which they can lead World Youth Movement activities.
HURFORD YOUTH FELLOWS PROGRAM THEME:
Fellows would get the chance to conduct research, lead presentations, engaging in meetings and, information-sharing sessions on following topics related to democracy:
- Defending Democratic Space
- Promoting Inclusive Governance
- Strengthening Democratic Leadership
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Age limit: 30 years.
- A social or democratic activist in their communities or worldwide.
- Participants would be encouraged if they are affiliated or recognized by civil society organizations.
- Participants must know English.
- The application form would be submitted in English.

HOW TO APPLY FOR INTERNATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 2021?:
The application form would be submitted online including the following materials:
- Applicant Form;
- Project Proposal
- V./Resume; and
- Two Letters of Recommendation
Documents would be uploaded on the Application Portal.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
