The Scholarship is open to all students who are from outside Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not have Colombian nationality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not have any marital or de facto relationship in Colombia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not be older than 50 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a professional, undergraduate, or graduate degree in any area of knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants can apply for up to three-degree programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IELTS is not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants also have to submit a physical application to the Colombian Government.
