Clark also will consider international citizens attending school in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You also should have demonstrated the potential to provide leadership in your community and the world and to commit to making a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in the Global Scholars Program, simply check that option when you fill out the Common Application.&nbsp;You\u2019ll then receive detailed information \u2014 including the topic of the short essay \u2014 on how to apply for the scholarship. The deadline for submitting the essay is&nbsp;<strong>15 November<\/strong>&nbsp;for Early Action and Early Decision, and&nbsp;<strong>1 February<\/strong>&nbsp;for Regular Decision
