France Excellence Europa Scholarships 2024 for international students is a perfect opportunity to study in France. Duration of France Excellence Scholarships 2024:
M1 Level Master: Maximum of 12 months for students entering the 2nd year of master’s.
M2 Level Master: Maximum of 24 months for students entering the 1st year of master’s.
Eligibility Criteria for the France Excellence Europa Scholarships 2024:
- Students of French nationality (including bi-nationals) are not eligible for the EU Scholarship program.
- The applicants must be a national of one of the following 26 European Union (EU) member states: Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia.
- The applicant must be between 18 and 25 at the time of the beginning of their stay in France.
- Students must have an outstanding and excellent academic record to apply for Europa scholarships in France.
- Students who received an Erasmus +, AUF, or other French ministry scholarship earlier are not eligible to apply for the France Excellence Europa Scholarship program 2024.
- Students must be admitted to a French higher education institution in master’s 1 or master’s 2 for the academic year 2024-25 in one of the above-listed eligible fields.
- Students must not hold a French Higher education degree or not be currently enrolled/registered in France for a Higher education degree.
Benefits of France Excellence Scholarships 2024:
- A half-yearly allowance of Euro 6,850.
- Installation allowance of Euro 1,700.
- An exemption from registration fees.
- Scholars will be preferred while finding accommodations in CROUS University residences.
- Enrollment in an insurance plan for the first three months of your stay there.
- Furthermore, an enrollment in supplemental health insurance during the Europa Scholarships.
- An exemption from CVEC (Contribution de Vie Etudiante et de Campus).
- Students will get special discounts on different cultural activities.
- The France Excellence Europa scholarships will not cover tuition fees nor the cost of national or international transportation.
Requirements for the France Excellence Europa Scholarships 2024:
- CV (French or English).
- Copies of Transcripts of the last two years of higher education.
- Cover Letter (French or English).
- Copy of ID card.
- Admission Letter to M1 or M2.
- Copies of Diplomas or Certificates of French Proficiency (DELF, DALF, TCF, TEF), if required.
- Copies of Diplomas or Certificates of English Proficiency (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS), if required.
- Letter of Recommendation (French or English).

- Students can apply for the master’s scholarship in Europe through the official website.
- Students must fill in the “France Excellence Europa Scholarship” application form available on the official website. Make sure to complete and sign it duly.
- Applicants must have all the required documents.
- They must send their applications electronically to the French Embassy of their country of nationality.
- Make sure to send the application form along with all the required documents before the deadline.
